Awareness is one of the main aspects in the Yoga practice, it leads us to a deeper connection to ourselfes, others and nature. We use principles of the lyengar Yoga, alignement and precision in the work with our bodies. You will realize habits and learn, how to integrate insights about you and your body into your daily life.

Itinerary
Day 1
Early morning arrival at Manas airport. Meet and transfer to Bishkek. Accommodation in a hotel ****. Rest till lunch. Lunch. Afternoon short walk in Bishkek. Transfer to Chunkuchak jailoo. This is a unique place that best addresses the meaning of the word “jailoo”, where eye cathes the fantastic valley, snow-capped peaks of the majestic mountains, which are visible on the horizon. Running mountain river at the foot of the mountain slopes located interspersed with alpine meadows and forest belts of juniper, pine, larch, birch, rowan and numerous species of shrubs. Evening meditation. Dinner at Supara Chankurchak. Transfer back to Bishkek. Hotel accommodation ***.

Day 2
After breakfast drive to Cholpon Ata. Visit the Burana Tower architectural complex (10th-11th century, an important point on the Great Silk Road) on the way (15 km from the main road, 1 hour). Lunch near Burana at Kyrgyz Family. Dinner and overnight (B&B) in a local typical resort.

Day 3
After early breakfast.

07:30-09:00 Hatha Yoga and Pranayama
Transfer to Karakol. On the way make a stop in Cholpon-Ata to visit an open-air petroglyph (rock painting) gallery (5km from Cholpon-Ata, heading to the mountains) and Rukh-Ordo complex. Lunch en-route in a uygur café. Afternoon arrival in Karakol followed by a city tour: visit the Dungan Mosque and the Russian Orthodox Church, small bazar and local handicraft shop and community. Dinner, bed and breakfast in the hotel/guesthouse

Day 4

After breakfast leave to the Djeti-Oguz Gorge (Seven Bulls Rock). Very easy hiking (2 hours) in Valley of Flowers in Djety Oguz gorge.

In the afternoon free time, horse riding or hiking to waterfalls.

Whole day in the national park

After the breakfast transfer to Bel Tam (at Bokonbaevo) yurt camp on the shore of Issykul lake. Lunch and dinner is at the yurt stay. Free time: swimming in the lake, visiting Fairy tale gorge.

Day 10

Watching and/or participation in everyday life of shepherds: milking mares; making national milk products like kymyz (a fermented mare’s milk) or airan (a sour dense milk product); tending cattle. Eat a delicious lunch here, stroll along the lakeshore, and hope the legendary Song-Kol weather is kind. Remain in yurt camp for a night B&B. Dinner at yurt stay
