Asylbek has started his career in Community Based Tourism Kyrgyzstan in 2003 and he is the current CEO of Community Based Tourism Kyrgyzstan. He is responsible for strategic development of VisitKyrgyzstan.

CEO
Ernist has worked in tourism for more than 20 years. He started his career as a guide in one of the biggest inbound tour operator in Turkey. Later he worked as a professor at the High School of Tourism of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. In 2014, he founded own travel company. Speaks Kyrgyz, English, Turkish and Russian.
Adventure Travel Manager
Sam is passionate about adventure tourism: mountain biking, skiing and off road adventures.
He is also deputy director of Community Based Tourism Kyrgyzstan.
Travel manager
Aijan has worked in Chinese educational tourism for many years. She is a perfect team player and our office fully relies on her. Speaks Kyrgyz, English and Russian.
Technical director
Taalai has graduated from the Kyrgyz Techinal University. He is a passionate traveler and takes care of our all equipment & logistics, including satellite, mobile, WiFi communications and camping & trekking equipment.
